Request a STAR Workshop

IU Southeast students, staff, and faculty requesting a training will need to complete a Service Request Form. If you are a student requesting a presentation for your student group or organization we ask that you have the permission from your faculty/staff advisor. Requests received 2-3 weeks in advance with at least three prioritized “choice dates” have a greater likelihood of being accommodated.

If for any reason you are unable to submit the Service Request Form, please request a PDF copy and submit via email to campuslife@ius.edu or drop off at the Office of Campus Life in University Center South. Thank you!
